- Managing a portfolio of clients delivering accounts-based services.
- Supervision of work of more junior staff including planning, briefing, guiding, review and feedback.
- Managing relationship with clients, including agreeing of timescales and deadlines, managing fees and billing, first port of contact for clients, running client meetings.
- Professionally qualified in the form of ACA or ACCA with relevant experience with regards to managing clients and supporting members of the team.
- Work in a supportive, caring and collaborative way with colleagues at all levels. React positively to requests for support from colleagues and be proactive in offering assistance, when required.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure strong client relationship are maintained combined with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
