Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - PM Shift

- To respond to breakdowns through the job card system and in line with the priority system
- To carry out maintenance and improvement tasks through the job card system
- To record breakdown and task information on completion of repair or improvement using the appropriate system both manual and electronic
- To carry out servicing of machines and ancillary equipment as per the relevant schedules
- To carry out facility repairs and maintenance as per the schedule or as and when required
- To source and obtain parts and materials as required following the procedures of the procurement system
- To work with production teams in the introduction of new or the relocation of existing plant and machinery from initial request through to commissioning and hand over to production.
- To maintain the relevant stock levels of spares and consumables reviewing and updating the register
- To ensure the correct tools and equipment are available to carry out the tasks and repairs
- To ensure 5S standards are maintained in the maintenance workshop at all times
- To ensure all work is carried out to relevant regulations and health and safety standards
- To support the development and improvements in manufacturing through implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement opportunities
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standard and that all relevant company Health and Safety and Environmental requirements are fully adhered to.
- Be a proactive and flexible team member, training in other disciplines where required.
- Electrical/Hydraulics/Pneumatics and Mechanical systems
- Experience in presses, threadroll machines, CNC machining, DMG Doosan, Takamaz
- 5 Years Experience ideally
- 18th Edition Electrical Regulations
