Assistant Manager - Luxury Childrenswear Brand - BicesterSalary: 32-33k/year (40h)Bonus + commission.Uniform and lunch allowance.30% staff discount.About the roleWe're looking for an assistant store manager for a luxury children’s clothing brand here in the heart of Bicester. This company are known for their precision of beauty, quality and meticulous attention to details and finishes. For this role you’ll need to be an expert in team management, client management, store operations and commercial skills.Key responsibilities
  • Reviewing and strategizing the business, reviewing staff, delegating team targets and proposing strategy plans to the store manager to ensure you reach KPI targets.
  • Creating and presenting daily and weekly staff briefings.
  • Ensuring staff follow company guidelines, grooming guidelines and wear the correct uniform.
  • Addressing and fixing issues in the absence of the store manager.
  • Establishing excellent customer service standards for yourself and your team.
  • Building strong and long lasting client relationships.
  • Assisting with daily operations, for example: replenishing the shop floor, maintaining displays while following company guidelines and stocktaking.
