You will use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs, while providing excellent customer service.You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.Summary of the role:
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
- Annual salary is from £22,000
- We are based in Nottingham City Centre with easy access from local bus routes and Park & Ride buses. We are located a 1-minute walk from Maid Marian Way tram station & a 10-minute walk from Nottingham train station.

- Experience in call handling (ideally customer service expertise) is required
- Experience in Insurance is desired, but not required. Many of our Customer Service Consultants come from a wide variety of customer focused careers
- You will enjoy speaking to customers, be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs
- We are looking for new colleagues that will fit in with our fun, but results driven culture
- The ability to perform basic maths tasks and simple IT systems
- Previous call centre experience is not necessary as we will teach you everything that you need to know. From our product range to our phone system, it's all very simple once you know how.
- Excellent communication skills and the genuine ability to listen and care about your customer. We do ask that you have basic mathematical skills but most importantly, you have superb attention to detail.
- Using your outstanding interpersonal skills to speak openly and confidently on the phone to customers. Able to build strong rapport and quickly build relationships with your colleagues.
- You’re naturally driven to exceed targets, with a dedicated attitude combined with the highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus.
