Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in primary schools around Dartford starting this September? Whether you want full-time or part-time hours, we have a variety of Cover Supervisor roles to fit your availability.We are partnering with primary schools in the Dartford area that need reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support their teaching teams. As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to help maintain a calm, productive learning environment during teacher absences.Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing behaviour effectively
  • Supporting pupils to complete their work to the best of their ability while teachers are away
  • Reporting any concerns or feedback to senior staff
  • Working with different year groups across the primary phase
  • Being a positive and approachable presence for pupils and staff
What we're looking for:
  • Experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar classroom support role
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Confidence in leading lessons and engaging young learners
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Availability for full-time or part-time roles
