FRS are recruiting an Operations Manager for a reputable, well know UK business based in London.A basic salary of circa £120,000 to £140,000 (negotiable on experience) is attached to this role plus a £bonus based on company profits (figure TBC). You will be heading a team of circa 30 staff.Suitable candidates will have a background within the Tech, Property or Automotive sectors.Duties Will Include:
Lead and oversee operational functions across London and regional sites
Leading your team of approximately 30 staff
Collaborate with the Board to align operational processes with business objectives and growth targets
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, service delivery and overall business performance
Work closely with the Board and senior stakeholders to align operations with company goals and growth targets
Oversee supply chain, resource allocation and process management
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability across the organisation
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards and internal policies
Establish and manage effective reporting systems and controls
Mentor, support and develop a high-performing national team
