Exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer with an interest in the sector to segue into AIAI Product Role for Commercial Lawyer - Cambridge with hybrid workingClientA leading AI business based in Cambridge, with an impressive leadership team that have proven capability in the sectorRole
  • This role will create a knowledge bridge between the design and function of the business' products
  • It is suited to an experienced commercial lawyer looking for an opportunity to work on the frontlines of an AI business
  • Working closely with product and client leadership teams to help shape its AI products for a global client base
  • The role is product-focused but can include client-facing responsibilities if desired
You
  • 5+ years PQE
  • Suit an experienced commercial solicitor with significant contract negotiation experience
  • You will bring an understanding of complex commercial agreements to apply to the product
  • You will demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of risk management for large scale and global contracts
  • Ideally this individual will have created their own play book in a previous role
  • This opportunity could be suited to a commercial lawyer with a specialism e.g. employment, real estate/construction, procurement, compliance or similar
  • This opportunity is also open to those looking to move from a practice career centred around commercial agreements - ideally in international markets
