
Digital Procurement System Manager

- Support business development and project delivery for DWP contract mobilisation and stabilisation
- Collaborate with BI team to produce P2P compliance reports and identify performance improvements
- Guide business compliance with Coupa and other procurement systems
- Work with Financial Service Centre to streamline supplier experience using industry best practices
- Assist with ad hoc tasks across Supply Chain and Procurement functions
- Manage system design and delivery, including Coupa releases, integration, and data migration
- Experience with Coupa or similar Purchase to Pay (PtP) systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP Ariba.
- Proven experience building APIs or system interfaces (EDI, cXML, or equivalent).
- Good understanding of supply chain, procurement, and PtP processes.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills and ability to promote change.
- Forward-thinking, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI desirable.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Information Systems) preferred but not essential.
