Salary: £27,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits & ProgressionCPS Group are partnering with a fast-growing, data-driven insurance organisation based in Cardiff. With a strong presence across the UK and internationally, they're now looking for a Senior Travel Claims Handler to join their expanding, forward-thinking team.In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an outstanding claims experience to customers, handling a variety of complex travel insurance claims for both domestic and international travel. Alongside this, you'll have the opportunity to support, coach, and mentor others, making a real difference to both customers and colleagues.What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Handling and settling complex travel insurance claims and complaints in line with policy terms and industry regulations
✔ Supporting and coaching team members to encourage continuous learning and development
✔ Carrying out quality checks and providing constructive feedback
✔ Assisting the Team Leader with day-to-day operational activity
✔ Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
✔ Managing your caseload proactively to meet service standards and deadlines
✔ Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirementsWhat We're Looking For:
✔ Experience within a travel insurance claims role (Essential)
✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
✔ A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills
✔ Confidence in coaching and supporting others within the team
