What we are looking for:
  • Relevant community experience
  • S/NVQ Level 2/3 qualification or an equivalent certificate/diploma is required
  • Emotional strength and the ability to work on your own are crucial, though we will of course provide excellent on-going training and support
  • Recent experience of providing care and caring for people with life limiting illness or palliative care needs
  • Due to the nature of the role a flexible approach including the ability to work nights and weekends
