As the Branch Manager, you will have responsibility for managing the day to day operation of the branch, with a particular focus on sales performance and customer service, as well as leading by example and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service. You will be a self-motivated individual who can embrace change and have the ability to influence others to do so. You will have a proven track record in meeting targets, building strong relationships with customers and exploiting business opportunities.The successful candidate will:
- Previous branch management experience preferably within the Roofing industry
- Great interpersonal skills, tenacious with the ability to manage a varied team
- A level-headed decision maker who understands the importance of people in the successful running of a business
- Be profit driven and ambitious, a great team player with a desire to learn and develop your career within SIG
- Have experience of all aspects of a branch including sales and customer service, use of CRM systems, people management, operations, pricing and stock control
