- Process payroll accurately and in line with company policies.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with resolving payroll-related queries from employees.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related documentation to external bodies.
- Support the accounting and finance department with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and payroll data at all times.
- Previous experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and software.
- An understanding of payroll legislation and compliance standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a team in the accounting and finance department.
