As a Family Lawyer working within a busy family team of a high street law firm with a very good reputation, you'll receive exceptional support and guidance every step of the way. The team is known for its warm, friendly and encouraging atmosphere, ensuring you feel fully supported as you grow in your career.Upon joining the family team, you'll be working with a team that's committed to delivering the highest standards of service and they provide clear, pragmatic advice while offering empathetic support to clients navigating often challenging and emotional family matters.Responsibilities
You will undertake a full caseload which includes the following:-
  • Divorce
  • Matrimonial finances
  • Children issues
  • Civil Partnership Dissolution
  • Cohabitation and Separation Agreements
  • Pre & Post Nuptial Agreements
Requirements:
  • You will ideally be a NQ to 2 years Family Lawyer
  • You will be able to work effectively within a team, as well as efficiently running your own caseload
  • Must be able to work with other fee earners and seek advice and assistance when needed to develop your skills
  • Organised and enthusiastic and you will be driven to deliver the very best results for the firm
