With a competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £34,000 (depending on experience), a company car for personal and professional use, and an impressive benefits package, this role is your gateway to a rewarding career in a globally recognised industry.What You Will Do:- Provide breakdown, preventative maintenance services, and software upgrades to retail weighing and food preparation equipment at customer sites. - Install weighing and food preparation equipment at retail outlets, supermarkets, and independent businesses. - Maintain accurate records, including time sheets and stock management, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Operate mobile phone and laptop systems effectively to support your work and meet service level agreements. - Identify and generate new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. - Deliver basic customer training on-site when required, ensuring clients get the most out of their equipment.What You Will Bring:- Basic electronic hardware and PC software skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - A proactive and organised approach to managing spare part stock and maintaining accurate records. - Strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service and identify new business opportunities. - Flexibility and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and occasionally to the Republic of Ireland. - A commitment to adhering to health and safety standards and company policies at all times.By joining this company, you'll become part of a global organisation with a rich heritage and an outstanding reputation for trust and innovation.
