Whether you are a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Unqualified Teacher or Behaviour Mentor, we would be keen to speak with you. What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting students in and out of the classroom
  • Managing behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons or assisting the class teacher
  • Building strong relationships with staff and students
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in a school or youth work setting (paid or voluntary)
  • Confidence working with secondary-age students
  • Adaptability, positivity, and a genuine interest in helping young people succeed
