Job Overview
VANRATH are pleased to be partnering once again with a valued client in the recruitment of an Employee Relations Specialist on a permanent basis. The role will focus on providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and alignment with best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence
  • Support and coach managers in resolving people-related issues
  • Ensure all employee relations matters comply with legislation and policy
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure confidentiality at all times
  • Analyse employee relations data and report on key trends
  • Assist with conflict resolution, mediation, and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures
Essential Criteria:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
