- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring cleaning standards and service delivery meet contract requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue reporting.
- Support and guide placemakers to achieve contract-specific service levels, conducting regular site visits.
- Assist in recruitment, vetting, training, and performance management of staff, ensuring compliance with company procedures and LMS requirements.
- Maintain and control consumable stocks, storerooms, and site audits to meet agreed standards.
- Ensure correct use of time & attendance systems, manage payroll, and cover staff absences to maintain SLA compliance.
- Develop and motivate the team, promoting high morale and adherence to company and client policies.
- Supervisory or management experience, ideally within the cleaning sector.
- Proven experience managing teams across multiple sites.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with various electrical cleaning equipment.
- Understanding of health and safety standards, including IOSH and COSHH.
- Ability to train and develop staff in operational and safety procedures.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to manage multi-site operations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
