This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step up and be part of a collaborative, high-performing team delivering impactful schemes across the North.ABOUT THE ROLEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Project Manager to join a well-established Project Management (Retail & Hospitality) team. This position has been created following the successful appointment to deliver a national rollout of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) for a prominent US-based brand entering the UK market. The successful candidate will report into a senior team leader and play a key role in delivering high-profile projects within the Food & Beverage sector. The role requires a confident and capable project manager who can operate independently, manage client relationships, and support business development efforts. Training and support will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and ambition.REQUIREMENTS
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with a desire to grow within the role
  • Essential: Experience within the Food & Beverage restaurant sector
  • Strong understanding of the sector's supply chain, including contractors and consultants
  • Solid knowledge of mainstream construction contracts
  • Comfortable with hybrid working (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
  • Preference for candidates based in London, but other regional locations will be considered (must be aligned to a hub office)
  • MRICS preferred but not essential
REWARDS AND BENEFITSThe role offers a competitive package ranging from £55,000 to £75,000, depending on experience and seniority.
