As a member of the care team you will provide care to the highest standard. This will be in accordance with the needs of the resident as assessed and planned. You will naturally be respectful of the individuality, privacy and dignity of the resident at all times.You will help create and maintain a supportive, secure and friendly environment where residents can achieve maximum independence and choice.This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
