The business are a small, close nit team that have come through challenges, overcome busy periods by rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in, but celebrate the successes together.They don't expect you to have all the experience they are looking for, as they are more than willing to help train, educate and give you exposure to other areas of the business if there is an interest.What will you be doing?As you will be overseeing and ensuring the products are produced, packed and ready for delivery, you will ensure you work safely with the equipment involved, you will work closely with the fulfilment manager who will plan the Production and Packing of the product to ensure the products are leaving the door to get to the customer's on time.What do you need?
- If you have previous Food Manufacturing experience then great or if you have worked on a deli counter at a supermarket, then that would be a great alternative.
- A qualification in Food hygiene and Food Safety
- A get up and go attitude and a open mind to learn and develop is essential.
