Real Estate Solicitor | Hybrid (Bath) | Education Property Focus | Nationally Ranked PracticeI'm working on an opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected Real Estate teams, in a firm known for its collaborative culture. The firm has a £35m turnover and is nationally recognised across the education, charity, business, faith, and private client sectors.The Real Estate department generates over £7m annually and has more than 40 lawyers nationwide. The Education Property team, led by a highly regarded Partner, is supported by three Senior Associates and a group of mid-level and junior lawyers. This structure gives you direct access to quality supervision, while also creating clear headroom for career progression.Your focus will be on Commercial and Education Property work. You'll manage your own caseload, with support from senior colleagues on more complex transactions, and gain hands-on experience with schools, academies, and trusts nationwide. Over time, you'll be encouraged to take on more responsibility and build your profile in this thriving, nationally ranked team.
