This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, delivering meaningful insights that directly impact our performance across hundreds of venues.Location: Head Office Monkspath, near Solihull
Reports to: Senior Finance Manager – Managed
Department: FP&AWhat You’ll Be Doing:As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to financial expert for our Managed Operations team, acting as a key liaison between finance and operations. Your work will directly support decision-making and shape the financial future of our business.Your main responsibilities include:Strategic Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with Operations Directors, provide expert financial advice, and identify growth opportunities.Financial Analysis: Lead financial reviews, variance analysis, and profitability assessments to ensure we stay on track—and ahead.Planning & Forecasting: Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling. Help align financial plans with our broader commercial strategy.Performance Monitoring: Track performance across all P&L lines, with a focus on sales, labour, and controllable costs.Reporting Innovation: Co-lead the development of a best-in-class, self-serve reporting suite in collaboration with our BI and operations teams.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial planning, operations, and the wider FP&A team on group-wide initiatives.Support Strategic Projects: Work alongside the Senior Finance Manager and MD of Managed Operations on growth-driving projects and initiatives.What We’re Looking For:A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CIMA/ACCA qualification preferred)Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within hospitality, retail, or F&BStrong financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skillsCommercial acumen – you know how to translate financial data into impactful business decisionsExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management experienceProficiency working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?Stonegate is the UK’s largest pub company—and we’re just getting started.
