- Supporting Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in the day-to-day running of client campaigns.
- Helping to coordinate projects across multiple channels - including creative, digital, print and content.
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure briefs are clear, deadlines are met, and expectations are exceeded.
- Attending meetings, taking notes, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Getting hands-on with campaign reporting and research to support strategy and execution.
- Learning from an experienced team and growing your skills quickly in a collaborative agency setting.
- Around 12-18 months' experience in a marketing, communications or client-facing role (agency experience is a bonus, but not essential).
- A genuine passion for marketing and a strong desire to build a career in an agency environment.
- A great work ethic and a proactive attitude - you're someone who takes initiative and wants to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - you're comfortable juggling tasks and timelines.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
