​The OpportunityI'm currently working with a leading integrated marketing agency in Manchester that's on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Account Executive to join their growing client services team.If you've got 12-18 months of marketing experience (agency or in-house), and you're ready to take the next step into a full-service agency environment - this is your chance to kickstart a long-term career surrounded by some of the best in the industry.You'll be working across diverse and exciting sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, property, and more - supporting a range of integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, branding, print, and content.What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in the day-to-day running of client campaigns.
  • Helping to coordinate projects across multiple channels - including creative, digital, print and content.
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure briefs are clear, deadlines are met, and expectations are exceeded.
  • Attending meetings, taking notes, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Getting hands-on with campaign reporting and research to support strategy and execution.
  • Learning from an experienced team and growing your skills quickly in a collaborative agency setting.
What We're Looking For
  • Around 12-18 months' experience in a marketing, communications or client-facing role (agency experience is a bonus, but not essential).
  • A genuine passion for marketing and a strong desire to build a career in an agency environment.
  • A great work ethic and a proactive attitude - you're someone who takes initiative and wants to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - you're comfortable juggling tasks and timelines.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
