- Automated System Flow: Manage the continuous flow of products through designated action points in the warehouse automation system.
- Equipment Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, such as conveyors, cranes, and PLCs, to minimise downtime.
- Fault Analysis: Identify and analyse recurring faults to optimise system performance.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment operates efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with system technicians, engineers, and other teams to resolve issues and maintain seamless operations.
- Hygiene Standards: Maintain equipment and work areas to the highest hygiene standards.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols, including working at height when necessary, and ensure 100% compliance with training requirements.
- System Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end flow of products through the automation system and the impact of any interruptions.
- £14.83 per hour (plus 19% NSA from 10pm to 6am).
- Average 38.61 hours per week.
- Shift pattern - 3 on 3 off
- Nights - 7pm to 7am
- Full-time colleagues receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.

- Ability to work and rescue at height (training provided).
- Understanding of automation within a warehouse environment is desirable (full training will be given).
- Proficient in working with PCs (Windows-based systems).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
