- Nurse Prescribing - or willing to complete
- Training in CBT in Psychosis/ DBT training
- ECDL
- Knowledge and experiencing of WARRN risk assessing and assessments
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
- Effective skills and knowledge of Psychosocial interventions CBT
- Principles of recovery within a mental health setting
- Administration, monitoring and advising on medication
- Knowledge of Mental Health Act 1983
- Impact of culture, social and health beliefs and opportunities on service users and an understanding of and a commitment to service user involvement and empowerment
- Clinical Governance and how it affects practice / quality assurance
- Mentorship/preceptorship
- Group work Personal reviewing
- Significant experience at Band 5 level
- Evidence of supervising and developing Junior Staff
- Evidence of team leading junior staff
- Evidence of leading change or new initiatives or other service development
- Clinical Supervision
- Evidence of clinical audits
- Experience of CTP/risk assessment/formulation/planning and implanting assessments / care plans/risk assessments
- Evidence of health promotion
- Excellent organisational skills
