Agricultural Service Manager

• Up to £47,000 per annum based on experience.
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm, with some Saturday mornings during busy periods.

• Lead and manage a team of talented engineers, ensuring smooth operations and top-quality service.
• Coordinate with various departments to guarantee parts availability and efficient time management.
• Organise and optimise call-outs to provide first-class service to all our valued customers.
• Oversee all aspects of the service team and workshop, maintaining high standards and productivity.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, keeping them coming back.
• Maintain Work in Progress (WIP) at manageable levels in line with company policies.

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in this industry, or a seasoned Engineer ready to step up.
• Excellent understanding of machinery and the seasonal demands of the industry.
• Strong communication skills to effectively manage your team and engage with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines with ease.
