Your role is to ensure the effective collection of income on behalf of GreenSquareAccord including rent & service charges, court costs, recharges, sundry debts and any other income collection as required by GreenSquareAccord and in line with targets set by the Board.You will oversee line management of staff responsible for collection of income from current & former tenants, recharges & sundry debts across the GreenSquareAccord Group along with administration staff and will have responsibility for identifying & implementing improvements within Orchard, ongoing training and performance management.Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed.
