We are looking for a CRM associate planning director who can help us continue this rich vein of creativity and effectiveness. Driving growth with existing clients, taking the strategic lead, pushing our remit and winning new business. We’re looking for a very senior planner who want’s to take the leap, or a planning director new to the role. They need to be highly curious about the world, collaborative with clients and able to inspire great creative work. The role will involve having conversations about big ideas, as well as the nuances of the digital, social and CRM that drive engagement.The planning team is the catalyst for inspiring effective and award-winning creative work at TMW. The team works closely with data, social and influencer departments whilst operating across the full range of comms disciplines including integrated advertising, digital, social and CRM and loyalty.This is a chance to join a unique agency with a very supportive culture where the passion for people is as strong as the work. With key investment in training and support for all our strategists, including regular strategy away days when our department from all three TMW locations get together and tackle a new opportunity or challenge facing our work and our clients.Responsibilities· Specific account responsibilities will be decided based on candidates’ experience, profile and ambitions.· Will be able to transition quickly to an account lead, providing direction and support for the day-to-day planners on the Vodafone account.· Lead the development of new ideas, bringing new thinking, ideas and momentum to the agency’s clients.· Be a thought leader and contribute to the agency profile.· Mentor fellow planners, helping them to identify opportunities to extend their skills, deal with issues, identify opportunities for client growth.RequirementsSkills· Strong core skills – journey planning, targeting and segmentation, messaging platforms, loyalty propositions· Ability to draw on consumer insight and analytics to form a strong, convincing story to influence senior clients and agency peers.· Good judge of creative work, knows how to help creative get to the very best work, brand literate.· Good understanding of effectiveness methodologies.· Finger on the pulse of social and digital channel developments and technology innovations – and an ability to see how these could be used to meet brand objectives.· Good knowledge of progressive digital CRM– understanding of opportunities unlocked by technology.· Good collaborator and delegator – able to get the best out of peers and clients.· Good facilitation skills – with senior clients and agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.· Commercially astute, able to see and act on opportunities to grow our influence.Experience· Strong, substantial experience in a creative agency, with a digital focus· Depth and breadth of experience is needed· Experience working for large global brands would be advantageousPersonality· Substantive, authoritative and credible – someone who will be able to quickly influence and lead senior clients and partner agency people· Must enjoy the challenge of being in the spot-light and be fast on their feet· Good interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence· Someone who’s tuned in to client needs, able to adjust their approach to different groups of people and context, needs – adaptive and flexible style· Enjoys collaboration, with no ego· Focused on outcomes, high energy, passionate about possibilities for digital transformationBenefitsThis is us…The TMW story is born out of the many successes we’ve created for our clients over the past 30 years, and now encompasses offices in London and Bristol with clients all over the world.We create ideas that move people.We believe that ideas should work everywhere and that brilliant results are what really matter.
