Vehicle Technician required for our clients Vehicle Dealership in Portsmouth, HampshireOur client is a Multi-Site Dealership group with a larger presence within Hampshire and the Southwest covering over 50 sites and over 20 well established automotive brands, ranging from the strong volume performers to Prestige, Niche & High-End Vehicle.They pride themselves on delivering an outstanding customer service, their strong manufacturer relationships and ensuring they create a great experience for both employees and customers.They are currently seeking a Vehicle Technician for modern workshop and showroom, with the latest equipment for all workshop needs. Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard
  • Conducting vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
  • Completing work within the given timeframes and to a high standard
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work completed
  • Participating in manufacturer training programs to further develop your skills
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • MOT Testing to DVSA standard.
What our client expects of their Vehicle Technician
  • Experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician, with NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Strong service & diagnostic skills are beneficial
  • Experience working on a variety of makes and models of vehicles is desirable
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Full UK Driving Licence. - Preferably Clean
