Behaviour Mentor - Godalming - Education and Training - Pastoral - Intervention - Mental Health - SEMH - Graduate - Psychology - CriminologyAre you a recent Psychology Graduate looking to kick-start your career in the Mental Health Sector?Are you looking for a role where you can support the mental health of vulnerable young and at-risk young people?A well-respected specialist school near Godalming is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The students range between 10 and 16 years old, and face a range of social, emotional and mental health needs, and challenges including trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues. The students therefore need an Intervention and Pastoral Assistant who will be dedicated to being a consistent role model, is committed to building strong relationships, is empathetic and up for a challenge! The school is located in the beautiful Surrey Hills of Godalming and has on-site parking.The ideal Behaviour Mentor must be open-minded, resilient, and knowledgeable about mental health. The perfect candidate will have experience with SEN children and/or adults in any setting. Graduates in Psychology, Criminology or Counselling would also be perfect for this position.If you are looking to kick-start your career in Psychology, Mental Health or Education, then this Behaviour Mentor role is the perfect opportunity for you. **£89 to £105 per day, Mon-Fri, 8.30am-4pm, PAYE, term time only
