Position SummaryThe Service advisor is responsible for managing high volumes of incoming phone calls, directing calls appropriately, taking detailed messages, and providing exceptional customer service. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth communication between clients, customers, and internal departments.Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Take accurate and detailed messages when necessary
  • Provide general information to callers about procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and procedures
  • Log call activity, inquiries, and resolutions using internal CRM
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the client liaison when needed
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry and confirmation of appointments
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure efficient communication
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a high-volume call position
  • Familiarity with call routing and phone system tools
