- Provide specialist asset and property protection to client/stakeholder premises, buildings, and sites.
- Ensure all incident management conforms with company SOPs, including their development where required.
- Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all client’s staff, subcontractors, and members of the public.
- Maintenance of all equipment and vehicles allocated to the team ensuring serviceability and in safe working condition at all times. To ensure that the vehicle handover & serviceability protocol is completed at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Mentor other contract personnel and stakeholders with regards to incident response where required.
- Support the creation of training material enabling the provision of training to the team, clients, and selected stakeholders.
- Provide asset and property protection to client and stakeholder premises which may involve active trespasser mitigation response.
- Actively promote and embed compliance with project and company policy, procedures, and initiatives.
- Ad hoc support to the contract and operational delivery teams as directed.
- Support the Specialist Security Manager in carrying out site reviews and audits as required.
- Carry out penetration testing as required.
- Assist with the leadership and management of Control Risks’ personnel and other resources at an incident or response situation, with the aim of safely bringing the incident or operation to a conclusion.
- Any other task that is required for the role.
- Significant security industry or other relevant experience in a front-line role within a security response position.
- Event management experience.
- Asset/property protection.
- Have an awareness of the response in illegal occupancy/trespass situations.
- SIA Close Protection Licence with L2 Award in Physical Intervention (or intent to gain PI).
- or SIA Door Supervisor Licence including Physical Intervention.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- L2/L3 Award in Physical Restraint.
- L2/L3 Award in the Safe and Effective use of Restraint Equipment.
- PUWER 98 Awareness/Practical/Assessor.
- L2/L3 Award in Conflict Management.
- L3 Award in First Aid.
- IOSH/NEBOSH/COSHH.
- CTTLS/PTTLS or equivalent.
- Advanced Driver (IAM/ROSPA or equivalent).
