- Troubleshoot and identify hardware, network and software issues.
- Be proactive in your support of customers, always going the extra mile and highlighting customer training needs as and when necessary.
- Providing customer training as and where needed.
- Site visits to provide hands on technical support.
- Be heavily involved with the R&D team to develop products from customer feedback.
- Update knowledge base articles and create training guides.
- Up to £45,000 salary.
