Join our team at Exertis UK as an Infrastructure Engineer, where you'll provide 2nd line support and management of cloud and on premises services across a multisite international organisation and ensure services are maintained, secure and highly available to the Exertis UK Business.As part of the team, you'll:
  • Provide responsive 2nd line support to end users and business partners ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across the organisation.
  • Maintain and support physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure including backup and disaster recovery strategies, server and desktop services and capacity planning.
  • Monitor and enhance the security of IT services contributing to the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of Infrastructure.
  • Lead and support infrastructure projects by producing technical documentation, low level designs, rollout plans and ensuring a smooth transition into operational service.

What We're Looking For:You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced,collaborative, results-driven environment. To excel in this role, you'll bring:
  • Certification or at least 2 years experience with Azure.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Services, Active Directory Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience and knowledge of virtualisation
  • Linux experience is desirable
  • A natural ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
