
Regional Chef

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, fresh meals for residents in line with dietary needs and health & safety regulations
- Work alongside the catering management team to maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation
- Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure the efficient delivery of food orders
- Assist in maintaining food safety standards, including COSHH management, cleaning rotas, and kitchen hygiene
- Provide training and development opportunities to other kitchen staff

- Shift times: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday - Thursday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)
- Saturday - Sunday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)
- Monday & Friday off
