- Providing effective day-to-day support for the execution of the JV Compliance Oversight Program related activities, including:
- Coordinating and supporting Compliance Risk Assessments and Due Diligence activities in collaboration with 1LOD, 2LOD, SME stakeholders, communicating and driving alignment of activities,
- Collaborating closely and effectively with a broad group of 1LOD and 2LOD stakeholders and external partners, including Joint Ventures Compliance and risk management teams to ensure compliance with Enterprise-wide policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements,
- Supporting compliance monitoring & testing, metrics implementation and reviews, and Compliance risk management program activities as required,
- Developing and managing tracking, reporting, dashboard to support Compliance Oversight and 2LOD Effective Challenge
- Supporting 1LOD strategic initiatives, compliance projects and key initiatives impacting Joint Ventures as required.
- Experience in a regulatory compliance oversight and/or governance role, or equivalent Risk, Control Management, testing, audit or legal experience
- Data Protection/Privacy regulatory knowledge/experience, and/or Financial Crimes Compliance experience
- Compliance Program activities an asset (risk assessments, monitoring and testing) and/or Operational Excellence activities (regulatory risk management/project implementation)
- Strong relationship building and management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and drive projects to completion, take on additional responsibilities and prioritise work in a constantly changing and deadline-driven environment.
