Contentious Probate Lawyer
Location: SwanseaNew opportunity to join a Legal 500-ranked team specialising in contentious probate, estate disputes, and trust challenges. This role offers exposure to complex cases and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative and supportive environment.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including probate disputes, inheritance claims, and trust administration.
  • Provide expert advice on wills, trusts, and estate matters, ensuring high-quality client service.
  • Handle litigation processes and alternative dispute resolution (e.g., mediation).
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer with experience in contentious probate and estate disputes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate law.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
