- Managing all project phases and ensuring timely delivery.
- Meeting with contractors, obtaining quotes, and developing project execution plans.
- Implementing value engineering and closely monitoring budgets.
- Recruiting and managing contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Enforcing quality control standards and maintaining high workmanship.
- Upholding strict Health and Safety compliance on-site.
- Providing leadership to on-site teams and contractors.
- Managing unforeseen delays efficiently.
- Assisting with procurement and logistics in alignment with project schedules.
- Maintaining accurate project records and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external teams.
- 5+ years of experience leading site-based construction projects (as Project/Construction Manager).
- Preferably MRICS or other property qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
- SMSTS, CSCS/CSR, First Aid at Work, and COSHH accreditations are advantageous.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to your vehicle.
- Proficiency in sourcing and managing contractor relationships.
- Strong numerical acumen, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to adapt to innovative property management approaches and company culture.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client-facing responsibilities.
