Locum Property Lawyer – Part Time (Midlands) – 15 hours a week, 3-6 month initial contractWe have been instructed on a new part-time (15 hours per week) locum role with a Midlands-based Local Authority. This position offers a mix of office and remote working, with attendance required on Mondays and the remainder of hours worked flexibly within core hours during the week.The successful candidate will have experience in:

Managing Right to Buy applications
Handling lease renewals
Providing clear, practical legal advice to support property matters within a local authority setting

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused property lawyer seeking flexible part-time work within local government.Details:

Duration: 3-6 month initial assignment
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday office attendance required; remainder remote within core hours)
