DescriptionSupport WorkersFull time/part time posts availableG05 £26,403 - £27,254 per annumLong term recruitmentWe are looking for staff to work within the long-term home care service during the weekend to provide care and support to individuals living in their own homes across the borough of Wrexham.The hours of work will be:Friday 4pm – 10pmSaturday - 7am – 1pm or 8am – 2pm and 4pm – 10pmSunday - 7am – 1pm or 8am – 2pm and 4pm – 10pmAn exciting opportunity has arisen in the Homecare service for people wanting to make a real difference to the lives of people in our two Extra Care Schemes and the Homecare / Reablement teams. We support individuals to remain in their own apartments / homes by enabling individuals to meet their personal outcomes and feel safe and secure in their own environment. Homecare and reablement assessment services are provided to adults that require assistance with activities of daily living such as personal care, physical and emotional wellbeing, maintaining nutrition or meal preparation.We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated candidates who have empathy and respect. The ideal candidate will appreciate the differences in others and strive to deliver a person-centred service. They will work well as part of a team and on their own initiative; and be able to follow plans and break down barriers to ensure outcomes are achieved.
