This is a fantastic opportunity for either a career starter with strong customer service skills or someone with early lettings experience looking for development and progression.The role offers comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and the chance to become a key part of a friendly, professional team.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Assist with letting properties from initial enquiry to move-in
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Conduct property viewings and follow up with applicants
  • Handle enquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare tenancy documentation and ensure compliance
  • Support the team with marketing and property listings
  • Work towards agreed targets and objectives
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Well-presented and professional appearance
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and team-focused
  • Local knowledge of the Crawley area (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
  • Professional and proactive approach to work
