  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 10 with clear objectives and accountability
  • Provide commercial analysis to inform strategy, pricing, product development, and marketing
  • Build strong financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital models
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting and robust financial controls across all levels
  • Manage cash and banking to maintain liquidity and support growth
  • Implement scalable finance and business systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Streamline finance processes to align with business expansion
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles
  • Ensure compliance with all external reporting obligations (auditors, HMRC, Companies House, etc.)
  • Assess and manage financial systems risks and controls
  • Lead key financial transactions including acquisitions, refinancing, and debt funding
Your Profile
  • Recent experience as a Finance Director in a multi-site environment
  • Proven track record of driving profitability and performance
  • Strong experience with banking relationships
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Exposure to private equity or high-growth environments
