- Proven experience in a Customer Marketing role, at Manager level
- Ability to think strategically and craft effective marketing initiatives to achieve the targets
- Proven experience of the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Experience in the energy industry, utilities in general or a heavily regulated industry would be highly beneficial
- Ability to translate complex/multi-layered activities to coherent briefs for partnering teams.
- Skilled at prioritizing projects and delivering multiple cross-functional initiatives at the same time
- Showcasing results/visibility tailored for the internal audience at different levels
- Collaborate across all functions to deliver the initiatives
- Highly organised and able to spot, flag, recommend and implement solutions to blockers.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing plans aligned with our business roadmap.
- Own and adapt our marketing strategy for specific service lines (Energy, Telco, Financial Services, and Multiservices), including defining the approach for major energy projects, optimizing customer lifecycle communications, and managing sensitive regulatory messages.
- Translate the plans into briefs where needed for partnering teams and manage them through to execution, including creating effective messaging to customers for maximum impact.
- Own the end-to-end execution of the marketing plans, from starting with customer insight to inform campaign strategy, to then delivering the campaign, reporting and optimising.
- Deliver and evolve the test and learn plans (across the full marketing mix) to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to deliver multichannel campaigns across email, letter, SMS and in-app messaging
- Line management and development of the Core Marketing Executive.
