The Building Surveyor’s roleIn this role, the Building Surveyor will be primarily engaged in schemes within the education sector, encompassing both private and public institutions, as well as universities. This includes working on a variety of prestigious and sometimes grade-listed buildings, adding a layer of complexity and interest to the work.The Building Surveyor will be responsible for a wide range of projects, which include roof replacements, internal alterations, and build design work.Person specification
  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • Proven experience or interest in the education sector.
  • Excellent techincal skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining the integrity of listed buildings.
