Pay Rate: £13.30-£14 + Holiday Pay + Office Angels BenefitsResponsibilities:
- Handling all incoming calls from customers
- Order Management- Supporting Customers with outstanding tickets
- Process and inputting invoices
- Supporting with any delivery queries
- Process and track sample orders
- Sending Quotations when required
- General Administration and data input
- Basic accounts support- Chasing any outstanding payments
- Previous experience dealing with Customer on the telephone or email
- Previous Administration experience in a similar industry
- CRM & order systems, Excel & Outlook proficiency
- Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills
