- Oversee and manage all general bookkeeping duties for the company.
- Lead the Accounting & Finance team to meet company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and procedures.
- Provide monthly financial reports and updates to senior management.
- Implement and maintain effective financial systems and controls.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Mentor and develop junior staff within the Accounting & Finance department.
- A strong background in bookkeeping within the Professional Services industry.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Profound knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong competency in MS Office and accounting software.
