
IFA Administrator

- Provide advanced administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers, with a focus on complex client cases and high-net-worth individuals.
- Work closely with senior members of the support function, assisting in oversight, training, and mentoring of junior staff.
- Manage end-to-end client processes including provider liaison, application handling, valuations, and post-review actions.
- Maintain detailed and compliant client records through back-office systems and platforms.
- Contribute to process improvement, team knowledge sharing, and support wider business initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services, ideally supporting Independent Financial Advisers (IFA).
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products, and experience handling provider correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team contributor.
- Holding or working toward industry qualifications (e.g. R0s or equivalent) would be advantageous but is not essential.
