Do you thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused environment where your work directly impacts people's lives?About the Role:We're looking for a proactive and compassionate Senior Housing Management Officer to join a local authority team dedicated to supporting residents and tackling anti-social behaviour and domestic abuse. You'll be the key point of contact for managing sensitive cases, working closely with victims, perpetrators, and partner agencies to deliver tailored interventions and long-term solutions.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing a diverse caseload of ASB and domestic abuse cases, including high-risk and complex situations.
  • Conducting interviews and risk assessments with victims and perpetrators.
  • Collaborating with police, legal teams, mental health services, and other partners.
  • Preparing legal documentation and representing the council in court when required.
  • Supporting tenancy sustainment and reducing the risk of tenancy failure.
  • Ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed and residents are protected.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong experience in housing management, particularly in ASB and domestic abuse.
  • Confident in legal processes, including preparing and presenting cases in court.
  • Skilled in risk assessment, safeguarding, and multi-agency working.
  • A calm, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to challenging situations.
