- Assist with savings account updates and branch operations
- Complete administrative tasks within agreed SLAs
- Ensure FSCS compliance and maintain accurate records
- Support training and development of new team members
- Assist with new savings product testing and development
- Ensure regulatory compliance (FCA, PRA, HMRC)
- Help achieve internal KPIs and customer satisfaction targets

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Full UK driving licence - essential
