Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-class customer service via phone, email, and post
  • Assist with savings account updates and branch operations
  • Complete administrative tasks within agreed SLAs
  • Ensure FSCS compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Support training and development of new team members
  • Assist with new savings product testing and development
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (FCA, PRA, HMRC)
  • Help achieve internal KPIs and customer satisfaction targets
