IT SAP Manager

• Act as a key liaison between business functions and DTI team, focusing on SAP systems and broader enterprise technology enablement
• Support the Digital Transformation Project Managers and Infrastructure team by contributing functional insight, validating requirements, and facilitating business engagement-without direct responsibility for project management
• Provide hands-on SAP expertise, helping translate business needs into system improvements or enhancements, especially within modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO
• Assist in gathering, reviewing, and refining business requirements for SAP and other enterprise tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards
• Contribute to system change initiatives by supporting testing, issue resolution, documentation, and user acceptance processes
• Help coordinate user training and onboarding, especially for SAP-related rollouts, promoting digital adoption across departments
• Support data governance and IT compliance efforts, including adherence to GDPR and internal security standards
• Serve as a trusted partner to both technical teams and business units, enhancing mutual understanding and enabling more effective collaboration.

• You bring hands-on experience with SAP, ideally across multiple modules (e.g. SD, MM, FI/CO), and understand how ERP systems enable real-world business processes
• You've worked in a role such as business analyst, SAP key user, functional support, or IT/business coordinator with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You are confident communicating with various levels of the business and IT teams, and thrive in a cross-functional support environment
• You understand how IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cloud-based platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365) interconnect to serve business needs
• You are comfortable supporting change activities such as training, stakeholder communication, and user feedback collection
• You take initiative, solve problems, and enjoy enabling others to get the most out of digital tools-even if you're not the one leading the delivery
• You are detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently while keeping a strong team focus.

• A degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field
• SAP certification or significant on-the-job SAP experience
• Familiarity with IT governance and service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) is desirable
• Working week - Monday to Friday core business hours
• Out of hours support cover may be required occasionally to support the needs of the business
• Occasional unsocial hours when implementing solutions
